Land Clearing
Whether it's two acres of scrub that got away from you or a homesite that needs to be ready for a builder, we take ground from overgrown to usable — cut, grubbed, and rough-graded.

Around Kansas City, ground that sits untouched for a few seasons fills in fast: hedge, honey locust, cedar, and rough brush that a mower can't touch. We bring the equipment to remove it properly — not just knock it over, but deal with stumps, roots, and debris so the ground stays clear.
Every clearing job ends with a conversation about what the ground is for. Pasture gets left smooth enough to mow. Building sites get rough-graded and ready for the next trade. Fence lines get cleared wide enough to actually build fence.

- Stump grubbing and root raking
- Fence line and property line clearing
- Debris hauled off or piled to burn — your call
- Rough grading once the ground is open
Land Clearing questions
What happens to the debris?
Your choice. We can haul it off, pile it for burning where that's allowed, or mulch it in place as part of a forestry mulching job. We'll price each option when we walk the property.
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Yes. Flag the keepers (or walk them with us) and we work around them. Selective clearing is most of what we do — very few jobs are scrape-everything.
